Q5 is seeking graduates to join our London team for an 8-week internship between September and December 2025.

This role will remain open, with interviews starting in March 2025.

The Role

This internship introduces undergraduates to our business, covering practice management, business development, and project delivery. Each Research Analyst is assigned a mentor to guide objectives and review progress.

Main Objectives

• Introduction to Business Development: pipeline principles, proposals, client presentations
• Business presentation and research skills
• Introduction to Organization Design: principles and methodology
• Business writing and analysis
• Introduction to Organization Development: principles and methodology

Example Activities

• Assist Partners with research projects
• Support Consultants in developing presentation tools
• Help prepare and customize workshop materials, client toolkits, and templates
• Observe session preparation and delivery
• Contribute to creating client deliverables
