Your team
Reporting into the Research Manager, the Research Analyst will join our Market & Competitor Research team within Flutter UK&I. In this role, you will lead market and brand performance measurement initiatives across our UK&I Gaming businesses.

A key part of this role will be managing, analyzing, and reporting on a Gaming brand tracker. This tracker, along with other data sources, provides vital information to help our businesses understand performance and identify growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the “voice of the punter” to enable informed decisions based on customer insight
• Own the in-house Gaming brand tracker from project management to analysis and reporting
• Ensure the tracking project runs smoothly and meets monthly deadlines
• Leverage multiple data sources for actionable insights
• Work with internal partners to refine and answer key business questions
• Collaborate with insight/analytic teams for a comprehensive view of customer and brand performance

How You’ll Do It

• Excellent project management skills
• Numerate with experience in research or data-driven environments
• Sophisticated use of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with statistical packages, particularly Q
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to distill large data sets into actionable recommendations
• Strong business intuition and commercial awareness
• Proactive mindset and industry knowledge (highly desirable)
• Logical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in insight roles within research agencies or in-house teams
• Willingness to travel between Dublin, London, Leeds
