Job description

Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible and hybrid working options are considered, with a weekly head office presence required.

Salary:
£35,700 Per Annum

Candidates will be recruited at entry, mid, or senior level within the progression scheme, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Salaries range from £25,880 to £35,700 per annum.

You will join the Planning & Research Team, which offers variety and links with key Financial Advice stakeholders. We work closely with teams across the Money function, including Financial Planning, Quality Assurance, FA Proposition, and wider FA Distribution Teams. You will join a team of 8, comprising colleagues working towards or having achieved their Diploma in regulated Financial Planning.

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities include:
  • Understanding the FA Proposition and guiding advisers to ensure suitable customer outcomes
  • Staying updated on FA Proposition changes and external market events
  • Supporting head office teams with technical aspects of Financial Advice, including inheritance tax, retirement income, pensions, investments, and taxation
  • Investigating and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy
  • Attending fund manager meetings and researching funds to ensure due diligence

  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of Financial Advice
