Job summary

LGBT Jobs in London is seeking two Resales & Staircasing Officers to join our Sales Team in a full-time, permanent hybrid role. You will manage shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions, guiding customers through processes and delivering outstanding service.

You will coordinate with legal representatives and external partners to ensure timely, accurate completions while maintaining adherence to policies and housing legislation.

About the role

We are looking for 2 customer-focused and proactive Resales & Staircasing Officers to join our Sales Team in London. This is a full time, permanent role that offers hybrid working.

In this rewarding role, you will manage a varied caseload of shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service throughout their homeownership journey. You will act as the key point of contact for customers who are selling or buying a resale home with us, guiding them through often complex processes while delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service.

What we are looking for

You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally. Working collaboratively with colleagues, legal representatives and external partners, you will coordinate lease amendments, ensure all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant policies, legislation and best practice. Experience of shared ownership transactions and knowledge of housing legislation would be advantageous.
