Job summary

Dearne Valley College, Rotherham, is seeking an exceptional automotive instructor to deliver top-tier education to learners for the temporary September 2026 to June 2027 period. The role offers part-time 22.5 hours per week with pay up to £25.14 per hour plus holiday pay, dependent on experience and teaching qualification.

You will share industry mastery, tailor teaching, and help shape the automotive program.

Qualifications

• Hold a teaching qualification or be working towards.
• Hold a level 3+ professional qualification in Motor Vehicle.
• Have experience of teaching students/apprentices.
• Be well organised and able to manage your own workload.
• Assessor’s award desirable.
