Job summary

Evodia Limited is seeking a requirements management specialist with defence sector experience to govern DV-cleared documentation and baselining processes. The role emphasizes alignment with authoritative sources, evidence, trials and modelling data.

You will author CONUSE materials, coordinate stakeholder reviews across Army, NPA, DE&S and safety communities, and maintain rigorous documentation management including change and configuration controls. Hybrid Bristol-based role with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Current DV security clearance is required.
• Proven background in Requirements Management/Engineering within Defence or MOD programmes.
• Systems Engineering or Engineering Management experience.
• Experience authoring and managing requirements documentation (SRDs, URDs, U/SRDs).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Document and configuration control expertise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alignment with authoritative sources, including evidence, trials and modelling data.
• Generate CONUSE documentation to support requirements baselining.
• Coordinate reviews with stakeholders such as Army, NPA, DE&S and safety communities.
• Ensure proper documentation management, including referencing, change control and configuration management.

• Keen understanding of Physical

• Experience developing CONOPS and CONUSE documentation
• Usage of requirements management tools such as DOORSINCOSE certifications (ASEP, CSEP), or Chartered Engineer status
• Experience working with defence primes and leading industry standards
• Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent industry experience)

Details

Location: Bristol, with hybrid working (2-3 days onsite per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract duration: Until 31/03/#####, with potential for extension

Day Rate: Up to £570 per day (Inside IR35)

Standard hours: 7.5 per day
