Job summary
Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a Community Support Worker in Colwyn Bay. This part-time role supports vulnerable residents to live independently at home and in the community, delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect.
You will work on-site across the local area, following a rolling two-week rota and attending training to grow in the role. The position offers good pay, enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, and progression into other health and social care roles.

Our residents are individuals and deserve to be treated as such. You don't need any experience to apply as you will receive a full induction to get you started and we offer a range of benefits which include:

We welcome non-Welsh speakers, Learners as well as fluent Welsh speakers to apply. A good standard of spoken English is required to communicate with individuals. DBS checks will be required for these positions.
