Job summary

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Road Worker to join the Open Spaces Team in Colwyn Bay. You will help maintain, repair and construct roads, footpaths and highways to keep the public infrastructure safe and accessible.

A current HGV licence is required for this role. Weekend and night work may be required, and you will participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota as well as a winter gritting rota.

You will play a key role in maintaining, repairing and constructing roads, footpaths, and highways to ensure safe and accessible infrastructure for the public.

A current HGV licence is a required for this role.

Weekend and night working may, on occasions, be required as part of the normal working week. The successful candidates will be required to take part in an out-of-hours call-out duty rota, and also in a rota for winter gritting activities.
