Job summary

Bradfield School is seeking a Reprographics and First Aid Assistant to join our support staff, providing reprographics services, first aid support and reception cover to create a safe, welcoming environment for our school community. The role sits within our Grade 3, Points 5-6 scale, offering stability and development within a thriving secondary school.

You will manage printing and document production, monitor stock, support equipment servicing and maintain healthcare records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-quality reprographics service for staff across the school, including printing, copying and document production.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate equipment servicing and support the effective use of printing technology.
• Provide first aid to students, staff and visitors, maintaining accurate records and liaising with parents and external agencies when required.
• Support the maintenance of pupil healthcare plans and medical supplies.
• Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and other designated times, welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school and contribute positively to the wider life of Bradfield School.

A First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training would be desirable. Experience of working with young people or within a school environment would be advantageous.
