Northern Education Trust (NET) is seeking a Reprographics / Admin Assistant for ESSA Academy, Bolton. This permanent, term-time role is 37 hours across 39 weeks plus 45.942 paid weeks, based at ESSA Academy, Lever Edge Lane, Bolton, BL3 3HH.
The post delivers reprographics and learning resources support, with duties including administrative tasks and responsible use of resources. Salary: Grade 2 SCP 4-5, pro rata £22,251–£22,603. Closing date: 16 September 2026.

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.

Our successful candidate will ensure the provision of an efficient and up to date reprographics and learning resources service to students and staff, advising on the most efficient and economic use of resource materials, and will also provide administrative support to the academy.
