Activités
The Reporting & Systems Analyst is responsible for:
- Overall management of Management Information reporting.
- Producing key reports to inform colleagues and stakeholders about activities within their business and portfolios, enabling meaningful and cost-effective decisions.
- Using IT skills to build, maintain, and improve reports, extracting data from TEM UK company systems.
- Working as part of the wider Back Office team, assisting colleagues to simplify data entry into the SAP system.
- Ensuring rebate agreements are correctly set up and administered to meet customer needs and expectations, while ensuring rebate payments align with TEM legal agreements.
Activities
The regular activities include:
- Maintaining, building, and developing reporting solutions to improve business efficiencies.
- Providing high-quality reporting services.
- Ensuring all MI reports are produced and delivered accurately and on time.
- Investigating and resolving reporting issues to maintain stability.
- Providing technical support and advice on reporting questions/issues.
- Understanding stakeholder needs and prioritizing accordingly.
- Managing ongoing maintenance and development of reports.
- Collaborating to improve procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
- Developing relationships with stakeholders.
- Delivering enhancements and fixes to existing reports.
- Designing and developing new reporting solutions.
- Understanding business problems and designing appropriate models.
- Leading or contributing to application development projects.
- Communicating progress and best practices to stakeholders.
- Ensuring standards, practices, and governance for consistent reporting.
- Managing ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Addressing root causes of issues and implementing solutions.
The Reporting & Systems Analyst also jointly manages the Lubes rebates process, including:
- Creating rebates in SAP based on legal contracts.
- Releasing accrued rebates to customers as per contract schedules.
- Liaising with Finance for refunds.
- Closing rebates and managing over- or under-accrued funds.
- Investigating discrepancies between accrued and paid rebates.
Profil du candidat
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and VBA.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, SAP scripting, and Business Objects with SAP.
- Experience in large-scale data manipulation and application development.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
