Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver accurate, timely management information for the Documents, Records & Completions function. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting to support informed decision-making.

The role involves building a single source of truth for departmental reporting, collaborating with Quality, Technical, HPC and supply chain teams to ensure data quality and actionable insights across projects in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reporting solutions that support operational decision-making and performance management.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of management information, KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards across the DRC function.
• Supports reporting and insight across Documents, Records, Completions and Non-Conformance activities.
• Works with stakeholders across Quality, Technical, HPC, SZC and the supply chain.
• Maintains and develops a single source of truth for departmental reporting.

The Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate, timely and insightful management information. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a single source of truth for departmental reporting, creating Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and performance analytics that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
