Job Overview

Provide Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement (in a reporting context) for TVS SCS at Magna Park, working on a large Utilities contract for a customer in the energy sector. The role primarily involves working with PowerBI to produce dashboards for both customer and internal teams, supporting operations and contractual reporting to customer stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce, develop, and maintain PowerBI Reports and Dashboards
2. Research and develop routes for future technologies, AI, and predictive analysis
3. Create and maintain client report suites using PowerBI and Excel
4. Continuously improve and streamline reporting processes
5. Liaise with end-users to provide bespoke, high-quality data solutions
6. Collaborate with IT to develop efficient and effective Business Intelligence infrastructure
7. Perform Excel-based data analysis, manipulation, and summarization

Qualifications and Skills

• Essential: PowerBI experience
• Ability to build datasets into meaningful tables and summaries
• Familiarity with coding syntax (Excel formulas, VBA)
• Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
• Strong visual data presentation skills
• Logical and methodical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage workload, and meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills focused on data analysis and summarization
• Proficiency with VBA and/or SQL (beneficial)
• Experience in report production/analysis or similar
• Background in a Supply Chain environment (advantageous)
