Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Cambridge is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, availability and shop floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the replenishment team, manage deliveries and drive stock controls to ensure excellent availability for customers.

As a key member of the store management team, you will plan priorities, coach colleagues and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics settings.
• Knowledge of stock control, replenishment and deliveries processes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• A hands-on approach and ability to lead from the front.
• Confident decision making in a busy environment.
• A passion for operational excellence and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Drive high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in warehouse and shop floor.
• Plan and prioritise workload to keep the store fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitor availability and address stock-related issues quickly.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Support wider store operations and collaborate with the management team to meet business goals.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
