Outsized is seeking junior-level professionals with a background in Real Estate Private Equity Sales to drive engagement with REPE funds and family offices. You will sell the current product, shape tailored solutions, and often lead engagements end-to-end. Expect to work largely independently in a fast-paced startup context.

This 6- to 12-month contract targets candidates based in the UK or UAE, who can speak the language of REPE investors and own the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in real estate private equity or real estate investing at associate level.
• Experience in selling or business development.
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter with ownership and able to lead on own.
• Confident in client-facing work and speaking the REPE language.

• Open and lead conversations with REPE funds and family offices, and identify core problems.
• Sell the existing product and lead client discussions.
• Gather client-specific requirements and translate into clear specifications.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineering to implement changes.
• Manage relationships among client, company, and engineering team.
• Bring REPE expertise to the business.
