Job summary
Orwell Housing Association is seeking a Repairs & Voids Team Leader based in Norfolk and surrounding areas. You will lead a team of Multi‑Skilled Tradespeople, Craftspersons, Groundworkers and Apprentices to deliver repairs and void works safely, efficiently and to high standards.
You will drive team development, conduct regular supervision, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Multi-skilled trade qualification or significant industry experience.
- Strong repairs and maintenance knowledge.
- Experience supervising or leading operational teams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of operatives.
- Carry out quality inspections and provide technical support.
- Monitor performance, productivity and KPIs.
- Conduct regular supervision and 1:1s.
- Support recruitment, training and development.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
