ARC Group is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor for a social housing contractor based in Stratford. You will lead a mobile team of trade operatives and subcontractors to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed safely, on time and to high standards.

The role requires strong multi-trade knowledge, leadership, and a focus on customer service, compliance and continuous improvement within a busy social housing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative in social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Experience supervising trade operatives and managing workloads.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors.
• Monitor productivity, quality and budgets to meet timescales.
• Carry out site visits and inspections to ensure standards.
• Review completed works, job coding and variations for accuracy and value.
• Coordinate workloads with planners and client representatives.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety legislation and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments and site inspections.
• Support resource planning and out-of-hours work.
