Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interim Repairs Resolution Manager for a housing provider in Essex. The role is hybrid, on a contract basis, paying £350 per day umbrella.

You will lead a team, oversee repairs complaints and high-level correspondence, monitor KPIs, review contractor performance, produce financial and performance reports, and support budget management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within housing repairs, complaints or property services.
• Experience managing and developing staff.
• Confidence overseeing complex complaints and high‑level correspondence.
• Experience monitoring contractor and service performance.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of housing management systems and landlord repair obligations.
• Ability to drive service improvement and maintain high standards of resident care.

I'm currently supporting a housing provider in Essex that is looking for an experienced Repairs Resolution Manager to join its Housing Repairs service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring repairs complaints, correspondence and MP/Councillor enquiries are handled within agreed timescales
