Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of staff at all times.
• Deliver safe, compliant repairs service to properties across the client portfolio, ensuring efficiency and value for money and meeting residents' needs.
• Manage KPI's / SLA's performance and department budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Support the Assistant Director of Repairs and work with stakeholders to deliver the client strategy.
