Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Repairs Officer to coordinate day-to-day repairs, ensuring high-quality service and timely handling of resident requests. You will work with contractors to maintain safe, well-kept homes and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a busy office.
• Experience providing performance monitoring and commentary against targets.
• Experience developing and running administrative systems and processes.
• Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day repairs and ensure high-quality service.
• Work with contractors and inspectors to deliver timely visits and inspections.
• Deliver well cared for homes and promote safety and pride in the community.
• Respond thoroughly and promptly to resident queries and learn from feedback.
• Support development of a best-in-class repair delivery service with continuous improvement.
