Job summary

R9 Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a property maintenance contractor for an experienced Social Housing Disrepair Manager or Supervisor. You’ll oversee disrepair, repairs, damp and mould works across social housing properties, managing operatives and ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

You’ll need supervisory experience, a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across East & South London.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing disrepair/repairs.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel across East & South London.
