Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide technical diagnosis and prepare clear repair reports and specifications.
Carry out pre, post, and quality inspections of repair works.
Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations.
Oversee repair variations and escalate concerns to contract management teams.
Support stock condition surveys and contribute to monitoring and audit processes.
Act as a resident champion, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
