Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Officer for a temporary assignment of approximately 3-6 months.

The role delivers reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in occupied and unoccupied housing and mixed tenure blocks, ensuring work meets statutory and safety standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

About the Role / Job Summary:

A leading organisation is seeking a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Officer to join their team for a temporary role for a period of around 3-6 months. This role involves delivering reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied housing and mixed tenure blocks. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance work meets statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
