Job summary

MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Technician for our Avonmouth based client. You will handle maintenance and repair projects, including PCB/SMT work, component-level debug and rework, and repair of mobile computers, barcode scanners and thermal printers.

The role requires fault finding and hand soldering skills; Android OS knowledge is beneficial. You may provide some first-line support, logging calls and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Good fault-finding and hand soldering skills.
• Understanding of PCB / Surface Mount Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair projects including component level debugging and rework.
• Repair Mobile Computer, Barcode Scanner and Barcode/ Thermal Printer units.
• Provide basic 1st line support, log calls and escalate as needed.
