Job summary

RTX Prestwick Service Centre is seeking a Repair/Support Engineer to contribute to the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft engine nacelle systems and components. You will compile survey reports, design repair schemes, and liaise with experts at headquarters while supporting ongoing maintenance with hands-on engineering input.

  • A relevant qualification in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (a degree is advantageous) or a similar background in MRB environment is transferable
  • Proven engineering experience, ideally in an MRO or aerospace environment
  • Familiarity with repair design, MRB (Material Review Board), or structural analysis

What You Must Have:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Computer-Aided Design tools such as CATIA v5 and AutoDesk/AutoCAD Composite or metallic material repair techniques
