Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator in London is seeking a proactive Repair Sales Advisor to join our field-based team. You will manage repair sales, prepare quotes, handle price inquiries, and coordinate with the Repairs Supervisor to set realistic lead times, while ensuring accurate order entry and proactive customer communication.

With a strong focus on achieving monthly targets, you will build sales pipelines, forecast effectively, and collaborate across operations to ensure timely fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair sales accounts and deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare estimates and quotations for repairs.
• Handle price enquiries and requests for repairs; liaise with Repairs Supervisor for lead times.
• Enter orders in the CRM, track orders, respond to customers by email and phone.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for repairs and build a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations to fulfil orders and repairs.
• Maintain attention to detail on insurance, dilapidation and service reports.

We are looking for a passionate Repair Sales Advisor to join our team based in London.

As a Sales Advisor, your day to day will include:

• Account management and delivering optimal customer service
• Pricing preparation of estimates and quotations for repairs
• Dealing with customer price enquiries and requests for repairs
• Liaison with Repairs Supervisor to ascertain realistic lead times to complete repairs
• Administration - entering orders in the customer management system, order tracking, responding to customers by email and telephone
• Achieving monthly sales targets for repairs
• Managing sales activity, pipeline building and forecasting
• Working closely with the Operations team to ensure efficient fulfilment of orders and repairs
• Attention to detail in order to fully understand requirements and recommendations on insurance, dilapidation and service reports

• Industry experience is desirable but not essential
• Customer oriented, organised and commercially astute
• Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment

• Commission of 0.5% sales value monthly & annual bonus based on achieving target
