1. Carry out 100% of elevator maintenance and repair visits within your territory.
2. Manage the portfolio of elevators within your geographical area.
3. Respond proactively to fix breakdowns, aiming for first-time fix.
4. Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation.
5. Liaise directly with customers on-site to build good relationships.

Qualifications
