Job summary

MPJ Recruitment is representing a Manchester-based repair management provider seeking a proactive Repair Supply Handler to join the team in the city centre. The role is office-based, permanent, and 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of £26,000 plus excellent benefits.

You will manage repair claims, liaise with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to meet service levels, build strong supplier relationships, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, motor claims, accident management or vehicle repairs is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities.
• Good Excel and administrative skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair claims to minimise delays and keep cases progressing.
• Liaise with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to meet service levels.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all actions are followed through.
• Work in line with FCA, GDPR and company compliance standards.
