What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage a skilled team in the daily operation of the in-house Repair Centre, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee repairs, rework, and small-batch production activities for high-tech medical devices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Regulatory, Logistics, and Customer Care teams to continuously improve product quality and support systems.
  • Analyse product fault data to drive improvements in product design, manufacturing, and repair processes.
  • Represent the Repair Centre in audits and inspections, maintaining compliance with global medical device standards.
  • Enhance workflows and SOPs to improve throughput, reduce turnaround time, and ensure team safety.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and inspection processes in close coordination with supply chain teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Significant experience managing a service, repair, or manufacturing facility within a regulated industry—ideally medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and other relevant medical device regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards (IEC 60601-1, IEC 62353), ESD control, and lab/workshop safety practices.
  • Confidence in leading audits, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Why Join?

  • Work with purpose: Help scale life-changing technology that’s already improved care for hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide.
  • Lead from the front: Be at the centre of a growing, high-impact technical operation.
  • Collaborate with passionate experts across engineering, science, and healthcare.
