Job summary

XPO Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our repack operations in Bradford. This full-time, permanent role runs 2pm–10pm and requires a capable leader to supervise the repack team, ensure safety and quality, and meet daily targets.

You will oversee operations, coach staff, manage paperwork and reports, coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production/repack environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good computer literacy, with basic Excel knowledge.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Confident communicator who can deal effectively with colleagues, drivers, and customers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely, efficiently, and to customer specification
• Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of work orders
• Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and support staff development within the repack function
• Ensure all paperwork, system updates, and reports are completed accurately
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve queries and maintain service standards
• Maintain a safe working environment, making sure H&S standards and company policies are followed
