Job summary

Allied Vehicles Ltd in Scotland is seeking a customer-focused Rentals Advisor to join the busy Rentals team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the most suitable vehicle solution and arranging deliveries and collections.

The role offers Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, a salary of £28,000 per year plus bonus, and a generous benefits package designed to support well-being, career growth and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, rental, administrative, or office-based roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience within the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.

• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable rental vehicle solutions.
• Prepare, provide and follow up on quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.

As a Rentals Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the most suitable vehicle solution for their needs.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience within the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.
