Job summary

Arnold Clark in Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic Driver/Valeter to join our Rental department. You will ensure all vehicles are presented in the best possible condition and support customers with a friendly, professional service.

This full-time role is 45 hours per week across five days, with alternative weekends. Training is provided; valet experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to participate in training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Clean sold and stock vehicles to a high standard.
• Clean vehicles using pressure washer and vacuum.
• Polish/buff bodywork to enhance appearance.
• Drive to collect and deliver vehicles to customers and branches.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Maintain equipment and report defects; follow PPE guidelines.
• Work to set timeframes and targets.
• Complete a daily record of work.
