Europcar Mobility Group in Maidstone invites applications for Rental Sales Agents to join our front desk team. You will deliver world-class, customer-focused service while presenting our range of add-on products to simplify onward journeys.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Positive, professional attitude with sales drive.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures and handle cash and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Be commercially aware and report on opportunities and competitor activity.
• Sell Europcar services and products to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries politely and professionally.
• Accurately complete rental administration and vehicle documentation.
• Responsible for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.
