Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking Rental Sales Agents at our Leeds City location to deliver world-class customer service and drive sales. You will work at the front desk, promoting add-on services and earning commissions while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

The role focuses on customer-centred service in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on targets, teamwork, and professional conduct, alongside excellent product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and TARGET-driven environments is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Be commercially aware and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
• Sell Europcar services and products to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Manage cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.

Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Leeds City location to work as part of our team on the front desk.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier. Through our service approach to sales, you'll also have the opportunity to earn some serious commission!

Main duties

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.

• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting of damage.
• Responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.
