Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer-facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are seeking Rental Sales Agents at our Bath location to work on the front desk.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the center of everything we do. Your responsibilities include providing world-class customer service and offering our range of additional products and services to facilitate their journey. Through our sales approach, you'll also have the opportunity to earn significant commissions!

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality rental services to meet customer needs
• Recognizing and reporting business opportunities and competitor activity
• Selling services and products to meet targets
• Handling telephone inquiries professionally
• Completing rental documentation accurately, including damage reporting
• Managing cash, vehicles, premises, and ensuring customer safety

Required skills and attributes:

• A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience is desirable
• Ability to work well in a team
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Influencing skills and enthusiasm for selling
• Effective time management and organizational skills under pressure
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions
