Job Opportunity: Rental Manager at Northgate Vehicle Hire

Join our team as a Rental Manager at our busy BROXBURN site and lead our Rental Team to success. We offer a salary of £30,000 per annum plus bonuses, a company car or car allowance.

Your role involves supporting our customers to meet their business commitments by ensuring their vehicles are safely and promptly returned to the road. You will oversee a team including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents, and Yard Controllers across two areas of the company.

The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused, driven by success, an effective people manager, and capable of ensuring vehicle availability and business growth. A valid UK Driving Licence is required.

As a decision-maker and leader, you will motivate your team to make immediate and continuous decisions, fostering innovation to minimize vehicle downtime and uphold our service commitments.

Key responsibilities include delivering results against budgets and KPIs, coaching and guiding your team for an industry-leading customer experience, and managing daily rental and logistics operations in line with company policies.
