Job summary

Klipboard is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful deployment of the Rental product suite for customers through a mix of on-site and remote delivery. You will manage projects autonomously, guide customers through change, deliver training, and apply your consultancy and technical knowledge to ensure outcomes.

This hybrid role suits someone who enjoys direct customer engagement and delivering practical solutions.

Qualifications

Experience managing or supporting software implementation projects, with strong organisational skills, clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
Full driving licence required, as the role may involve travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Ensure projects are implemented within agreed timelines, escalating risks or delays promptly where required.
Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size simultaneously.
Own the full implementation lifecycle for the Rental product suite.
Training customers both on-site and remote as determined by the project scope.
Prepare and conduct project kick‑off meetings.
Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status.
Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to your line manager.
Utilise correct tools and processes to ensure project success.
