Job summary

Arnold Clark Armadale Rental is seeking a proactive Rental Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone. You’ll use strong organisational and communication skills, handle queries, monitor spend, and support branch operations to create a positive customer experience.

Flexibility to cover shifts and occasionally assist other branches is valued, with full-time hours and a focus on delivering high standards in a busy rental environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis seven days per week and cover other branches
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone
• Use communication and organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed effectively
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Monitor and control expenditure
• Run daily reports and ensure actions are taken
• Help promote the branch and a positive customer experience
• Occasionally cover at other branches when needed
