Zusammenfassung

bdht is seeking a talented Rent & Service Charge Officer to join the Finance team in Bromsgrove. This permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week) focuses on rent setting, service charge management and leasehold administration across the organisation.

Reporting to the Rents & Service Charges Manager, you will handle annual rent and service charge setting, reconciliations and LPE1 applications, while supporting budgets, management accounts and year-end work.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a financial environment with a strong understanding of variable service charge principles.
• Excellent ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working independently, building effective relationships across teams and providing clear information to colleagues and customers.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of rent, service charge and leasehold finance activities across the organisation.
• Lead annual rent and service charge setting, ensure costs are recorded, charged, reconciled and communicated.
• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day rent and service charge enquiries to colleagues and customers.
