Job summary

The role supports front-line teams and collaborates with Housing Benefit and other agencies, applying tenancy enforcement knowledge and safeguarding. Hybrid working is available after probation, with a permanent contract and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in rent collection and arrears recovery is desirable.
• Ability to work with front-line teams and senior leaders to deliver services.

Responsibilities

• Provide a customer-focused rent collection and arrears recovery service across a patch of properties.
• Manage arrears processes from first letter through eviction where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other teams to maximise current tenant arrears collection and tenancy sustainment.
• Advise on arrears and legal processes while ensuring KPIs are achieved.
