Job summary

KFH's Wimbledon Head Office is hiring a Rent & Legal Protection Manager to balance commercial performance with risk management. The role offers a £40,000 salary and a hybrid pattern of four days in the office and one day from home.

You will lead the Rent & Legal Protection function, provide SME guidance to stakeholders, and ensure compliant, commercially viable processes while minimising business risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive the effective management and performance of the Rent & Legal Protection function across the business.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on rent protection matters.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes, compliance and service delivery.
• Monitor policy performance, claims activity and key trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with external providers and key business stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of business objectives by ensuring products and processes remain effective and commercially viable.
• Produce reporting and management information to support operational decision-making.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions that improve customer outcomes.
• Ensure all activity is carried out in line with relevant legislation, company policies & regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to wider operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

As our Rent & Legal Protection Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how KFH manages its rent protection offering. Based at our Wimbledon Head Office, this role offers a salary of £40,000 and a hybrid working pattern of four days in the office and one day from home.
