Ignition Technology is seeking an organised Renewals Administrator to support internal sales and ensure high-quality service. You will administer quotations, manage renewal orders, and advise Partners on upcoming renewals to keep customers informed.

The role requires strong numerical skills, CRM experience, and proficiency with MS Office. A friendly, team-focused environment supports growth and development within the IT and Cyber Security industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration is required.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and provide administration of quotations (quotes).
• Manage renewals orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Advise Partners on customers’ upcoming renewals and required information.
• Track quotes and orders from start to finish.
• Meet KPI’s and SLAs for quotations and orders.
