Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Renewables Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of EV charging, Solar PV, BESS and related electrical works across the UK. You will plan, coordinate and monitor activities to ensure safe, compliant and commercially successful delivery on multiple concurrent projects.

Reporting to the Renewables Head/Director, you will drive operational performance, maintain delivery standards and implement scalable processes across the division.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role within renewables/electrical contracting.
• Experience delivering commercial renewable energy or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with clients and internal teams.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• SSSTS/SMSTS and City & Guilds 2391 qualifications essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple EV projects across the UK from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate project activities including surveys, procurement, scheduling, installation and client handover.
• Work with estimators, electrical engineers, project delivery teams and admin staff.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, risks and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with H&S legislation and client requirements.
• Communicate progress and milestones to clients regularly.
• Support commercial processes including variations and cost tracking.
