Job summary

Beautiful Recruitment client seeks an experienced Renewables Project Manager to deliver EV charging infrastructure, Solar PV, and BESS projects across the UK. You will plan, coordinate and monitor multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful delivery.

Working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you will manage budgets, programmes and client expectations, support continuous improvement, and maintain regular updates to stakeholders while travelling to

Qualifications

• Proven experience in renewables or related construction delivery roles.
• Experience delivering EV, solar PV or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong coordination, budgeting and change-control skills.
• Compliance with H&S legislation and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple UK EV projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Coordinate surveys, procurement, scheduling, installation and commissioning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including estimators and electrical engineers.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour for safe delivery.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, risks and resource allocation.
• Maintain client communication and reporting on progress and milestones.
• Support variations, cost tracking and project cost management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery planning.
