Job summary

Noriker Power seeks a technically capable engineer to join the team in the UK. You will engage from early design through commissioning and operation of power generation and BESS projects, delivering high-quality results in your area of expertise.

You will collaborate closely with subcontractors and technical staff to anticipate risks, keep projects on schedule, and drive value through innovative technical solutions. A strong renewable energy mindset and solid CAD/programming skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 2:1; MSc/MEng optional for postgraduate qualifications.
• Minimum two years engineering experience with problem solving ability.
• Experience in power and energy is desirable but not required.
• Interest in renewable energy and energy markets.
• Strong IT literacy; CAD proficiency; exposure to SQL, Python, LabVIEW or similar.
• Good communication and organisational skills; valid UK driving licence.
• Electrical engineers with software development experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Engage from early design stages of power generation and BESS projects through commissioning and operation.
• Deliver high-quality results for project elements within your area of expertise.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and technical staff to anticipate risks and costs.
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget with value-driven solutions.
• Contribute across both project development and product development streams.
• Coordinate with Noriker teams and external disciplines to ensure success.
