Job summary

The Sureserve Group is seeking a Field Manager to lead day-to-day field operations across the South region. You will be the main contact for field teams, manage client communications, and ensure installations stay online with high quality and standards.

Responsibilities include cost quoting, status tracking, and coordinating with installers to meet SLAs. The role supports social housing gas and electrical services with progression opportunities within a large services group.

Qualifications

• Renewable qualifications or equivalent relevant training.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 penalty points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Day to day field management and serving as first point of contact for field teams.
• Review and escalate complaints with client resolutions and actions.
• Review referrals and survey requirements; provide technical advice to resolve field issues.
• Quote works using calculators/SOR to meet margins.
• Track repair status and maintain visibility of jobs and SLA adherence.
• Ensure capacity planning and prepare for upcoming servicing.
• Review notes from installers and post-completion QA for trends.
