Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals is expanding its Renewables Division in London and seeks a Contract Administrator to manage contracts, subcontracts and related documentation across renewable energy projects.

You will work with Project Managers, Commercial, Legal and Technical teams to ensure timely milestones, risk controls and compliant records, while supporting tender and bid activities and ensuring strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or closely related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law or related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts and documentation.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Familiarity with renewable energy contracts (PPA, EPC, interconnection) is desirable.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders and contractual correspondence.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial, Estimating, Procurement and Legal teams.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, notices, approvals and deadlines.
• Maintain contract registers, documentation and records.
• Support administration of variations, amendments and extensions of time.
• Assist with claims and dispute resolution.
• Monitor insurance, licensing and other obligations.
• Support tender and bid processes through review of documentation.
• Review terms and provide practical guidance to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks.
• Ensure contractual requirements reflected in planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to follow through contractual actions.
