Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Renewables Breakdown Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing renewable energy installations, diagnosing faults, and providing technical support while upholding safety standards.

You will work closely with engineering and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service. The ideal candidate has proven experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems, a valid driving license, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems.
• Gas qualifications are desirable.
• Valid driving license.
• Skilled at problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults within renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Communicate updates and progress, complete paperwork electronically and manually.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and COSHH records during daily work.
• Assist with stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts availability.
