Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the performance and value of a portfolio of onshore renewable assets. You will influence operational strategy, support major commercial decisions, and engage with investors to maximise portfolio value.

This hybrid role offers UK site flexibility with occasional travel to operational sites across Northern England and Scotland. You will report to the Portfolio Manager and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing generation assets in the energy sector.
• Experience managing a portfolio of energy assets or sites.
• Understanding of energy markets, policy and regulation.
• Project management experience delivering energy projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy assets on behalf of investors to achieve performance and business plan objectives.
• Monitor and challenge operational performance to maximise asset availability and generation output.
• Act as the primary investor contact, reporting to board level.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reviews.
• Oversee contracts, insurance, and commercial agreements.
• Support handovers from development to operations and collaborate with engineering and finance teams.
