Job summary

RES is seeking an AP & Treasury Manager for the FAM NE team in Kings Langley. You will lead a small team handling end-to-end accounts payable, treasury operations, bank mandates and IFS system support across multiple client entities.

You will drive process improvements, manage client relationships, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness. This 12-month fixed-term role reports to the Finance Manager – Process Improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a transactional finance role, ideally within asset management or outsourced finance.
• Experience managing a high‑volume AP portfolio across multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of AP & Treasury professionals within the portfolio.
• Own end-to-end AP process for all assigned clients, from invoice receipt to payment and reconciliation.
• Oversee treasury operations, bank mandates, and payment authorisations with dual-control.
• Serve as primary client contact for AP and treasury matters across all assigned clients.
• Ensure compliance with controls; support audits and improve processes.
